Look at this large crane standing in front of the sunset! All around the apartment where I live streets are blinking with caution signs. Apartments are going up before our eyes. (Mansions) A major university is building a Hibino branch. Signs of progress, signs of future congestion too. Well, those of us in Hibino should be proud. We were here first!
